Composition

• Psyllium husks (plantago ovata forsk), Inulin, Digestive enzymes (protease, betaine hydrochloride, ginger root, papain, peppermint leaf, fennel seeds, bromelain), Probiotics.
• Probiotic potency: Minimum 120 million live cells / gram (1,2 x 108 live cells / gram) equivalent to 600 million live cells / 5 gram dose (6,0 x 108 live cells / 5 grams).

Dosage and administration
For best results, take Lepicol plus + Digestive enzymes 10 minutes before a meal.
Adults: Take 1-2 full teaspoons, mixed in a glass of water or fruit juice, once or twice a day (5-10 g) and consume immediately.
Then have another glass of water.
Children: Take 0,5 - 1 full teaspoon, mixed in a glass of water or fruit juice, once or twice a day (2,5 - 5 g) and consume immediately.
After two weeks, for some people, the amount of Lepicol can be reduced.
