Composition 

• Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Miller; plant) 30%, Oregano (Origanum vulgare L. ; plant) 20%, Pennyroyal (Mentha pulegium L. , flowers) 20%, Chives (Cichorium intybus L. ; plant) 15%, Macela (Anthemis nobilis L.; plant) 10%, Senna (Cassia angustifolia Vahl.; leaves) 5%.

Dosage and Administration
Add 2 heaping tablespoons to approximately half a liter of boiling water. Wait 4 to 5 minutes and drink the tea hot or cooled with ice cubes. No need to add sugar. You can take 1 cup after the 3 main meals.
