How to use 
Decoction: Put 4 tablespoons in a liter of cold water and let it boil for 3 to 15 minutes (as you wish less or more concentrate), over low heat. Let it rest for a few minutes and then filter. Take 3 to 4 cups a day, between meals or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
