Per 45ml:

• Cereal extracts (Wheat, Barley, Corn and Oats) - 1800mg 
• Royal Jelly -1000mg 
• FOS- 120mg 
• Vitamin B1-3.3mg 
• Niacin -48mg 
• Pantothenic Acid -18mg 
• Vitamin B6-4.2mg
• Biotin -150ug
• Vitamin B12- 7.5yg
• Vitamin C-240mg 
• Thickener: Maltitol, Sweetener: Sucralose.

Dosage and Administration 
Adults take 15 ml, 3 times a day, after meals. Children over 3 years: take 5 ml 3 times a day, after meals.
