Composition:
For 4 capsules:

Flax Seed Oil 4000 mg, containing 50% ALA (Omega-3, Alpha-Linolenic Acid) 2000 mg, 15% LA (Omega-6, Linoleic Acid) 600 mg, 18% OA (Omega-9, Oleic Acid) 720 mg and Natural Vitamin E 27 mg (224% VRN*).

Ingredients:

Cold-pressed virgin linseed oil (Linum usitatissimum L.) 99%** with ALA contents between a minimum of 50% and a maximum of 65%, capsule shell (gelatin, humectant: glycerin), antioxidant : D-alpha-tocopherol.

How to use:

Taking two (2) softgels, 2 times a day with main meals, for a total of four (4), equivalent to a minimum daily intake of 2 grams of Omega-3 from vegetable source ALA. Take with water.
