Ingredients

• carrot** 45%, water, potato** 16%, leek** 8%, spinach** 4%, parsnip** 4%. **from Demeter biodynamic farming.

How to use 
Add 1 teaspoon Holle vegetable oil or olive oil, mix well and heat. Check that it is at the appropriate temperature for consumption. When introducing solid food, start with small amounts and increase according to the baby's needs.
