Composition 
For 4 capsules:

• Concentrated cold water fish oil - 4800mg
  providing:
• Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) - 1440mg
• Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) - 960mg
• Soft capsule shell: gelatin (of bovine origin), glycerin (from palm and coconut oil); Antioxidants: extract rich in tocopherols.

Dosage and Administration 
Take 4 capsules a day, preferably with a meal.
