Therapeutic indications

• Increase muscle strength and endurance;
• Accelerate healing of microlesions;
• Prevent muscle cramps.

Composition
For 3 capsules:

• Vitamin B6 - 10,5mg
• Magnesium - 540mg
• Zinc - 25mg
• Magnesium bisglycinate, coating agent (E464), zinc L-aspartate, zinc mono-L-methionine sulfate, anti-caking agent (E470b), pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Dosage and Administration
Take three capsules a day, preferably on an empty stomach, 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Avoid taking it with foods that contain calcium.
