Composition 
Per pill:

• Rhamnus purshianus Cascara sacra - 75mg;
• Bilberry - 75mg;
• Rhamnus frangula, Black Alder - 60mg;
• Lemon tree - 25mg;
• Oats - 25mg;
• Apple - 20mg;
• Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis - 1,67x10(6) CFU;
• Lactobacillus acidophilus - 1,67x10(6) CFU;
• Lactobacillus paracasei - 1,67x10(6) CFU;
• Lactobacillus plantarum - 1,67x10(6) CFU;
• Lactobacillus salivarius- 1,67x10(6) CFU;
• Lactococcus lactis - 1x67(10) CFU.

Dosage and Administration 
Take 1 tablet at bedtime with a glass of water, if necessary, you can increase the dose to 2 tablets. Reinforcement of fluid intake is recommended, at least 1,5 L/day.
