Composition 

• Microcrystalline cellulose; Psyllium (Plantago ovata, Episperm and Seeds); Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis, Root), Sorbitol Powder; Cascara Sagrada (Rhamnus purshianus, Cortex), Aloe Vera (Aloe ferox mil, Leaf Juice), Linseed Extract 6:1 (Linum usitatissimum, Seeds), Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids.

Dosage and Administration 
Take 2 tablets at bedtime with 1 glass of water. In situations of greater need, you can have 2 at lunch.
