Dehydrated seaweed kombu (laminaria japonica).
Kombu seaweed is naturally rich in iodine.
Usage Suggestions:
Preparation of the broth: put 2g of kombu in 1 liter of cold water for 20 to 30 minutes. then cook on a low heat until boiling and let it cook for 5 minutes. remove the seaweed from the cooking broth and discard it.
