Directions:

Take one serving (8 scoops) per day. Take ½ serving (4 scoops - 160g) 30-40 minutes before strength training and ½ serving (4 scoops - 160g) immediately after training, or take ¼ serving (2 scoops - 80g) 4 times a day - midday morning, before training, after training and at bedtime.
