The white willow, scientific name Salix alba, is native to temperate zones. Its leaves are lighter than those of most willows, which is why white in its name. The tree can reach 30 meters in height and has flowers that are produced in early spring.

How to use:
One dessert spoon for each cup of water.
Use freshly boiled water.
Pour the plant into the water and cover the bowl tightly.
Leave to infuse 5-10 minutes.
Strain and it's ready.
