• FOS - 50mg
• Brewer's Yeast - 50mg 
• Inositol -15mg 
• Vitamin B6-10.5mg 
• Coenzyme Q10 - 10 mg 
• Vitamin B9- 400mcg

Dosage and Administration
Take 1 capsule daily, 30 minutes before breakfast, ingested with water or natural juice.
