INDICATIONS OF GOOD USE

Its interest as a food supplement results from its richness in B vitamins, proteins (contains all essential amino acids) and minerals (mainly phosphorus, iron, potassium and chromium). It is used to promote growth and physical and mental development, weight loss and convalescence, strengthening the structure of hair and nails. It also promotes the reconstitution of the intestinal flora, being useful in case of diarrhea. Stimulates natural defenses.

HOW TO USE

2 tablets 3 times a day, after meals.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

It should not be used by individuals allergic to brewer's yeast. Not recommended in individuals with hyperuricaemia. It can occasionally cause flatulence.

Caution is recommended if consumed together with antidiabetics. It can cause migraine in sensitive individuals and flatulence. Its association with antibiotics is beneficial for the body, as it protects the intestinal flora.
