Celent Coral Lentils 500g

Coral lentils do not require immersion, with a short cooking time it goes well with stews, soups or purees.

 

 

 

Preparation:
Place 1 volume of lentils in 3 volumes of water. Heat until boiling. Cook covered for 15 minutes over low heat. Season with salt at the end of cooking.
