Teff pastries:
- Ingredients: 1 medium carrot, 1 medium onion, 20g margarine, 100g of teff flakes, 1 to 2 eggs (or 150ml of water), brewer's yeast, 70g of broken almonds, 4 tablespoons of whole breadcrumbs, coconut fat.
- Preparation: Peel the carrot and onion, cut them into small pieces, and then fry them in a frying pan with margarine. Add the teff flakes, eggs (or water), the brewer's yeast and about 50g of previously roasted almonds. Mix and knead all the ingredients, and form small flat pastries. Cover the pastries with breadcrumbs and the remaining almonds, and fry them in coconut fat.
