Composition
Per 2 tablets: Magnesium 375 mg (100% VRN*), S-Adenosylmethionine (SAM-e) 300 mg, Valeriana 300 mg, Rosa Canina 250 mg (eq. to 5 g), Grifonia (5-HTP) 200 mg, Quercetin 70 mg. *Nutrient Reference Value.

Dosage and Administration
1 tablet 2 times a day, preferably before meals.
