Dosage and Administration
Drink 1 serving (1 shake) after exercise. To prepare 1 shake, add 2 shallow scoops (80g) to 500ml of water. Mix well and drink. It can be taken at the end of tests/trainings with high intensity or duration longer than 1 hour.
