Composition
For 2 sticks:

• Chamomile -600 mg*
• Red Elm -300 mg*
• Rosemary-100 mg*
• Vitamin B2 - 0,42 mg (30% DR**)

Dosage and Administration
Take 1 to 2 stick(s) daily, after meals, as needed. Before opening, lightly knead the stick. Hold it vertically to open it
