How to use
Before the first use, sterilize in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes. Wash your hands before placing the cup.
1) Fold and insert: Fold in C or inwards and insert the folded cup into the vagina. Remove your fingers and let the cup open, creating a vacuum, which allows it to be placed securely.
2) Use for 12 hours: When placed correctly the menstrual cup is not felt. You can swim, exercise or whatever you want without worries.
3) Empty, wash, repeat: Wash your hands before removing the glass. To remove, simply pull on the rod, squeezing gently to release the vacuum. Public toilets are not a problem: just use toilet paper and wash the glass later at home, or you can use our cleaning wipes (OrganiWipes). At the end of the menstrual period, sterilize the glass in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes. You can keep it in the cotton bag in this package.
