Per sachet:

• Biobran MGN-3 Arabinoxylan Compound contains: Rice Bran - 1000mg.
• Other Ingredients: Bulking Agents: Microcrystalline Cellulose; Stabilizers: Corn starch, dextrin; Anti-caking agent: Tricalcium phosphate.

Dosage and Administration
Take 1 sachet with a little water after a meal. If necessary, take one sachet after breakfast, lunch and dinner for 2 months. Then reduce to one sachet per day.
