Composition
For 3 capsules:

• Beta vulgaris extract, Beetroot - 100mg;
• Avena sativa extract, Oat - 100mg;
• Plantago ovata extract, Psyllium - 100mg;
• Aloe barbadensis extract, Aloe vera - 80mg;
• Linum usitatissimum extract, flaxseed - 50mg;
• Cynara scolymus extract, Artichoke - 50mg;
• Taraxacum officinale Extract, Dandelion - 50mg;
• Inulin - 50mg.

Dosage and Administration 
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day, preferably before meals. If necessary, you can take up to 2 capsules 3 times a day. Take it together with at least 1 or 2 glasses of water.
