Composition
Per 1 tablet:

• Folic Acid (Folate) 400 μg (200% VRN*)
• Vitamin B1 1,1 mg (100% VRN*)
• Vitamin B6 1,4 mg (100% VRN*)
• Vitamin B12 2,5 µg (100% NRV*)
• Biotin 50 μg (100% VRN*).

Dosage and Administration
Take 1 tablet a day. If necessary, you can take up to 2 tablets a day.
