Composition 
Daily Dose 5 ml (4 to 12 years old):

• Omega-3 fatty acids - 800 mg
• DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) - 136 mg
• EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) - 64 mg

Daily Dose 10 ml (from 12 years):

• Omega-3 fatty acids - 1600 mg
• DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) - 272 mg
• EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) - 128 mg

Dosage and Administration 
Children from 1 to 3 years old: Take 1 coffee spoon (2,5ml) a day.
Children 4 to 12 years old: Take 1 teaspoon (5ml) daily.
Children from 12 years old: Take 1 dessert spoon (10ml) a day. Take preferably with a meal.
