• Magnesium Oxide - 186,6mg
• Magnesium - 112,5mg (30% RDA*)
• Strawberry (Fragaria Vesca) - 180mg
• Chromium Trichloride - 62µg
• Chromium - 12,0µg (30% RDA*)

Dosage and Administration 
Take 1 tablet before 2 main meals.
