Composition

• Soy rich in isoflavones - 180 mg (equivalent to 70 mg of isoflavones);
• dry yam extract (Dioscorea villosa) - 50 mg;
• red clover (Trifolium pratense) dry extract - 50 mg;
• vitamin A - 800 ug;
• vitamin B12 - 2,5 mg;
• vitamin B - 12 mg;
• Vitamin E - 12 mg

Dosage and Administration
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
