• Hawthorn Extract - 30mg;
• Valerian Extract - 50mg;
• Chamomile Extract - 30mg;
• Extract of Wild Lettuce - 50mg;
• Hop Extract - 15mg;
• Passionflower Extract - 35mg.
• Lactose; Polyvinylpyrrolidone; Lactuna sativa; Lettuce 11,1%; Valeriana officinalis, Valeriana (root-extract) 11,1%; Passiflora incarnata, Passiflora (flowers and Leaves-Extract) 7,8%; Crataegus axyacantha, Hawthorn (Fruit Extract) 6,7%; Matricaria chamomilla; Chamomile (floral chapters-Extract) 6,7%; Humulus Lupulus, Hops (inflorescences) 3,3%; Anti-caking agents, tricalcium phosphate, gelatin.

Dosage and Administration
Take 2 Capsules 3 times a day.
