• Grape Seed Extract (Vitis vinifera) - 105,2 mg
• (Proanthocyanidins) - 100 mg
• Wheat germ oil (Triticum vulgare) - 200 mg
• Gamma-oryzanol - 10 mg
• Vitamin B1 (Thiamin Hydrochloride) - 1,5 mg
• Vitamin B5 (Calcium D-Pantothenate) - 10 mg
• Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) - 2 mg
• Biotin (D-Biotin) - 300µg
• Vitamin E (DL-alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate) - 10 mg

Dosage and Administration 
Take 1 capsule in the morning and repeat in the evening, with a glass of water. There is no obligation to take it with meals.
