How to use
In the microwave: remove the card, perforate the plastic package and heat for 90 seconds. Be careful when handling hot packaging. - In the non-stick frying pan: put 2 tablespoons of water and add the quinoa preparation. Allow to heat for 2 to 3 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
