Per 1 capsule:

• Vegetable capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose
• L-Lysine (as L-Lysine Hydrochloride) -75mg
• L-Histidine- 75mg
• L-Isoleucine- 75mg
• L-Leucine - 75mg
• L-Methionine - 75mg
• L-Phenylalanine - 75mg
• L-Threonine -75mg
• L-Valine - 75mg
• Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose. Anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate, carboxymethylcellulose.

Dosage and Administration 
Take 1 vegetarian capsule a day, with juice or water, between meals.
