• Vitamin A - 72% as retinyl palmitate and 28% as beta-carotene (3,500 IU);
• Vitamin C - ascorbic acid (60 mg);
• Vitamin D - as ergocalciferol (100 IU);
• Vitamin E - as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate (30 IU);
• Thiamine (vitamin B1) - from thiamine HCl (1,5 mg);
• Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2) 1,7 mg);
• Niacin (vitamin B3) - as niacinamide (20 mg);
• Vitamin B6 - from pyridoxine HCl (2 mg);
• Folate - as folic acid (400 mcg);
• Vitamin B12 - as cyanocobalamin (6 mcg);
• Biotin (300 mcg);
• Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) - from calcium D-pantothenate (10 mg);
• Calcium - from calcium carbonate (250 mg);
• Iron - amino acid chelate (9 mg);
• Iodine - Potassium iodide (150 mcg);
• Magnesium - magnesium oxide (75 mg);
• Zinc - from amino acid chelate (15 mg);
• Selenium - from L-selenomethionine (35 mcg);

Dosage and Administration
Take 1 tablet a day, with a meal.
