Therapeutic indications

Composition
For 6 capsules:
Calcium - 648mg (81% *);
Magnesium - 60mg (16% *);
Vitamin K2 - 150µg (200% *);
Vitamin D3 - 25µg (500% *).

Other Ingredients
Calcium Pidolate, Magnesium Bisglycinate, Anti-caking agent: Magnesium stearate, Vitamin K2 (menaquinone), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Vegetable cellulose capsule.

Dosage Administration
Take 1 to 6 capsules a day, with a glass of water during meals.

Notices
Not advised if taking anticoagulants. Only with medical indication in case of circulatory problems and kidney stones.
Above the NRV in accumulated doses, only with medical indication because calcium can cause hypercalcemia and kidney stones and Vitamin D can cause nausea, diarrhea, unusual thirst and weight loss.
