Soft Beech Wood Toothbrush - Georganics

Brush at a 45 degree angle, from the gum to the middle of the tooth. Start on the outside of the teeth and then on the inside. On masticatory surfaces, wash with alternating back and forth movements, without any brush angle. Brush your teeth 2 times a day for about 2 minutes. It is advisable to change your toothbrush every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles are already worn.
