Ingredients

• Whole grains (rice* 70%, corn** 20%, millet* 10%), vitamin B1. * from organic farming, ** from biodynamic farming.

How to use 
Alternatively, you can also prepare the cereal porridge with 130ml of breast milk, 200ml of whole milk or water or with Holle baby milk made from cow's or goat's milk (150 – 170ml).

Cereal and fruit porridge: Mix 2 tablespoons of whole grain cereal flakes with 100g of Holle fruit jar and 1 teaspoon of Holle complementary baby oil, and add water if necessary.

Presentation
