How to use 
Our Amla Powder is 100% pure without any additives. For best results add 1 to 2 teaspoons to your breakfast cereals, fresh juices, yogurts, smoothies or simply dissolved in half a glass of water, Amla dissolves more easily in warm water. 2 teaspoons provide 90mg of Vitamin C, if you take 3 teaspoons of Amla twice a day you get approximately 270mg of Vitamin C.

Maximum recommended daily dosage – 2g (2 to 3 teaspoons).

Recipe suggestion:

– Mix Amla powder with Coconut Oil, heat and stir until dark.
Gently apply this mixture to your scalp.
This tonic gives a natural shine to the hair and helps against the appearance of gray hair.
