• Harpagophytum procumbens DC Root Extract, Harpago - 2721 mg
• Fruit and leaf extract of Ribes nigrum L., Blackcurrant - 1937 mg 
• Honey - 925 mg
• Fraxinus excelsior L., Ash Leaf Extract - 729 mg
• Fraxinus excelsior L. bark extract, ash tree - 315 mg
• Glucosamine - 231 mg
• L-Ascorbic Acid, Vitamin C - 15 mg (18,7% RDA*)
• Rutin - 10 mg

Dosage and Administration
Take 1 full measuring cup (10 ml) daily before breakfast.
If necessary, you can increase the dosage to 1 cup before breakfast and 1 cup before dinner.
Take without interruption for 4 weeks.
