How to use 
Use very clean utensils.
Boil the soy drink (plain or flavored) before use and allow to cool.
Carefully dissolve the yeast in 2 tablespoons of soy drink and then add the remaining soy drink. If desired, add sugar, sweets, flavorings.
Pour into yogurt cups and place in the yogurt maker on average for 8 hours (according to the yogurt maker's instructions).
Let cool in the fridge before tasting.
The fermented product keeps for 2 to 3 days. The fermented product may have a pink hue on the surface, due to the normal development of microorganisms.
