Composition 

• bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, dry extracts of: lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L. - 500 mg/2 tablets), California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham. - 500 mg/2 tablets), passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L - 150mg/ 2 tablets), hops (Humulus lupulus L. - 125mg/2 tablets), glazing agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, spirulina concentrate (Spirulina platensis), anti-caking agents: talc, magnesium stearate, aroma, essential oil of tangerine.

Dosage and Administration 
Take 2 tablets at night 30 minutes before bedtime, with a glass of water. The dose can be reduced to 1 tablet if necessary.
