Melatonin helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep and contributes to the relief of subjective jet-lag symptoms.
The retard formulation ensures that there is a gradual and complete release of melatonin throughout the night.
Composition:
Per pill:
Melatonin - 1mg.
Per 100g:
Melatonin - 0,83g.
Ingredients:
Bulking agent: calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, melatonin (1mg), Anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. Fit for vegans.
Dosage and Administration:
Take 1 tablet a day, with plenty of water.
To help you fall asleep: take 1 tablets before bedtime.
To alleviate jet-lag effects: take 0,5mg of melatonin on the first day of travel, before bed and for a few days after arriving at the destination
