Calamint 50g from Magabel

The calamint (Calamintha officinalis Moench.), also called neveda, is traditionally used in cases of slow digestion, flatulence and general abdominal pain.

Antacid, anti flatulence, anti ulcer, tonic, antispasmodic, diaphoretic and expectorant.

Infusion: Place 4 tablespoons in a container that resists the sudden action of heat well. Pour 1 liter of boiling water over the plant, keeping the container closed for 5 to 10 minutes. Take 3 to 4 cups a day, without meals.
