How to use
Pan: Place in a non-stick frying pan, already hot, and heat for about 30 seconds on each side, turning occasionally. Stuff the wrap to taste and fold in half while it's hot.
Microwave oven: Put the wrap in the microwave at maximum power (800W). Soon after, fill to taste and roll or fold.
