Ingredients

• Fragaria (Fragaria vesca L. ; plant) 20%, Grass (Cynodon dactylon (Pers. ); root) 20%, Heather (Calluna vulgaris L. ; plant) 20%, Horsetail (Equisetum arvense L. ; plant) 15%, Arenaria (Arenaria rubra L. ; plant) 15%, Strawberry tree (Arbutus unedo L. ; leaves) 10%.

Dosage and Administration
Add 2 heaping tablespoons to approximately half a liter of boiling water. Wait 4 to 5 minutes and drink the tea hot or cooled with ice cubes. No need to add sugar. You can have 1 cup with 3 main meals.
