True lavender oil is one of the most widely used essential oils, due to its particularly pleasant odor. It has relaxing properties and soothes insect bites.

True lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)

How to use

Oral use: 1 to 2 drops, 2 x daily. To be diluted in a teaspoon of honey or in a cup of tea. Cutaneous route: massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops in 10 ml of vegetable oil. Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops, according to your preference or, depending on the size of the room. In diffusion, choose Lavandin super oil, it has an even more pleasant odor and is more economical. Oil for insect bites: Lavender OE - 5 gts, Geranium OE - 5 gts, Peppermint OE - 5 gts, Chamomile OE - 3 gts, To be diluted in 10 ml (= 1 tablespoon) of vegetable oil your choice. Apply directly to the bites.
