Chromium - 40 µg

Other Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Cinnamomum zeylanicum (Cinnamon; dry extract 20:1), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, chromium chloride.
Free: No Dairy Products. No soy. Unleavened. Not Tested on Animals. Tolerated by diabetics.

Dosage and Administration
1 tablet a day, preferably before breakfast.
