Ginger Pickles. Ingredients: Ginger root 78%, rice vinegar (water and rice), Koji (aspergillus oryzae), shiso leaves - lamium purpureum and sea salt. Ideal as a condiment for sushi. It goes well with rice, fish dishes, pasta and salads.
