How to use 
Alternatively, you can also prepare cereal porridge with 130 ml of breast milk, 200 ml of whole milk or water or with a cow's milk or goat's milk (150 - 170 ml).

1. Heat 100 ml of whole milk and 100 ml of water to about 50 ° C.
2. Add 6 shallow tablespoons (25 g) of whole grain flakes.
