Source of fiber and manufactured in bronze molds.
This mass goes through traditional bronze molds, thus obtaining a rough surface, ideal for absorbing the flavors of the sauces.
The dough is slowly dried at low temperatures to obtain maximum flavor and texture.
Ingredients:
Semolina wheat hard. From organic farming. Contains gluten.
Preparation:
100g of dough for 1l of water. Cook 9-11 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain well and serve.
