How to Take / Use:
As a food supplement for adults and children over the age of 12: 10 to 15 drops, 3 times a day. It can be taken pure, diluted in water, in bread, honey or jam. Children between 6 and 12 years: 1/2 dose recommended for adults. It can be used in solutions for external use and for rinsing. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
