For 4 capsules:

• Magnifood Complex - 500mg:
• Stabilized rice bran - 250mg,
• Nettle - 100mg,
• Horsetail - 50mg,
• Ginger - 50mg,
• Alfalfa - 25mg,
• Pumpkin seeds - 25mg;
• Calcium - 500mg (63%VRN);
• Magnesium - 250mg (67%VRN);
• FOS (fructooligosaccharides) - 50mg

Dosage and Administration
Take 4 capsules daily, 1 capsule with each of the 4 main meals
